In today's marketing climate, not having at least 2 social media accounts means your business is missing out on potential business leads and brand trust. Having this in mind, we set out to create a series of content instances that serve as introduction to the brand and keep the social media accounts active.
Businesses with outdated social media pages or lacking said profiles tend lose potential customers. Based on consumer behavior, a lack of an updated social media profile or page seems to give the impression of a closed business or fail to inspire trust.
The bigger the brand's claim is, the more effort has to be put into developing this trust with clients. Given that the claim BonAir presents is an impressive one, "We keep you safe from COVID-19", a great deal of effort has to be placed on developing this trust. This is done, in part, by keeping an updated and current social media presence.
With a bigger focus placed on facebook, we decided to include LinkedIn in order to target two very different groups of people. While LinkedIn is a more focused approach, facebook is more akin to casting a wider net.
